Peyton's Tutu
Ok so I finally got around to cutting all the tulle last night. This morning I got Matt his breakfast and then got to work on the tutu. It took about an hour and a half to tie the tulle and then wrap the ribbon around it.
I wanted something bright for spring so I picked out a few bright colors.

So adorable! What did you tie the tule to? Was it an elastic or some type of ribbon?
I tied it to elastic and then wrapped the ribbon around the tulle.
So cute. Noah really likes the infant carrier. He passes out when I put him in it. I use it so much. Like the other day he wanted to be held but I needed to cook dinner so I put him in it and he slept while I cooked.
