Getting Ready For Halloween

So I have been wanting to order these pumpkins for the past 5 years and just never had the money to do it. Finally this year with Wayne in school we were able to afford it. Of course one cracked when Matt tried to help Wayne put the tea lights in.

We had a ward Halloween party at one of the members farm. It was fun, there was a pumpkin carving contest, chilli cook off and costume contest(most everyone won). We got lost and were an hour late so the kids missed the judging of the costume constest. The lady came up after and said she was sorry she missed the kids or Peyton would have gotten best Snow White and Matt would have got best Diego. Course they were the only Snow White and Diego ;) We never found out who won the chili cook off...I think we missed it. But some guy kept telling everyone to try ours because it had big pieces of steak in it not ground hamburger like most. We got home and there was less than half the pan of Chili left and there was only two pieces of beef left in it! I think the guy went through and picked it all out, he had like 7 bowls!
Anyway the kids did trunk or treating and then we went home. It was fun and Matt was excited about all his candy he got! He said thank you to everyone, I didn't once have to tell him to say it. He is such a good kid.

Trying to get Matt to hold still long enough for a picture...never goingt to happen with this kid!
