Binky's Binky's Binky's

Wow we have been through quite a few binky's lately. Mason like his sister has been very picky when it comes to his binky. We have gone through two kinds of Tommee Tippee's, Gumdrops & NUK's. He does not like silicone binky's only the latex but he didn't really seem to like the NUKs and wouldn't take them for long.

We also have been using Tommee Tippee bottles but I HATE them. They are "vented" but they don't seem to work and he is very gassy when we use them. I loved the MAMs bottles we used with Peyton and since they are the only bottle that are the same shape and size as there binky's we have decided to go back to them...who knew they would be so hard to find out here?! We ended up having to order the latex binky off of eBay to get them at store price without having to pay a ton of shipping. I got two packs at store price with just a few dollars shipping where if I had bought them off target or diapers.com they would have charged me $13 shipping and then the binky's would have been another $13!
So we got our MAMs binky's in the mail today & so far he has taken to them really well.

Hair Cut or Not to Cut?

So lately I've really been wanting to cut
my hair off again. I loved my spiky hair but I had it all through high school and a couple times since then. I want something different yet still that messy look. But...on the other had I dread the thought of growing it back out. It's now just starting to reach my shoulders and I've been growing it out for about a year.
Anyway if I do cut it I've been thinking of doing the faux hawk I'm thinking something like the second picture or the third and I'm liking the purple in the last picture.
It's just so hot here and I hate that sticky feeling with long hair on the back of my neck. I thought about waiting another year before giving in and cutting it but I don't know if I'll make it much longer.

Trying It Out

Today I tried putting a cloth diaper on Mason, so far I've jut been using disposable diapers.
There just a tad bit to big still :) I'll try them again in a few weeks.

New Pool

Well now that we have little Mason here it's a bit harder to go to the beach. So we decided to get a little pool for the kids. Well we ended up getting this one instead and it's anything but little. This thing is HUGE! It takes up our whole back porch and with all there splashing our kitchen ends up pretty flooded.
