One Month Picture

I'm going to try and take a picture every month for the first year. I wish I had done this with Matt although boys are a bit harder. Girls have more accecories and such to dress them up in.
So here it is Peyton's one month picture.

Peyton's Blessing Dress

Well I finally got around to taking a few pictures of Peyton in her blessing dress. So while the kids are naping and I have a chance I'll post them.

This is the headband I had origanally ordered, but it didn't make it in time. It's also way to big.

So we went with this one.

One Month

Wow this month has gone by so fast! It's been a crazy busy month with the trip home and all.
Peyton is growing fast. She holds her head up really well and for a long time. She was rolling over at three weeks and is now starting to smile. It's so fun to watch Matt with her. He likes to feed her a bottle and always trys to give her a binky when she is crying. He is starting to want to hold her all the time and try's to pick her up himself. So I have to keep my eye on him. He gives her a kiss everynight before he goes to bed and is starting to say her name....kinda.

Sporting her new bow I got from crafty moms

She was crying in the carseat. When we got to the store and went to get her out this is what we found.

BBQ in the rain

Wayne's work had a bbq for the Marines and there family's. Well because of the rain we were told it was moved inside. I was so glad, I really didn't want to take the baby out in the rain. Well we get to Wayne's work and nobody's there. So Wayne called to find out where everyone was and come to find out they moved it back outside. So we get there and there's no where to sit, it's cold and still raining pretty good. I was so cold that I just wanted to go. But we stuck around for awhile and Matt had fun splashing in the BIG puddle. After he was completly soaked we decided we better go. Not a very fun bbq.

Helping get Peyton's shoe on.

running around with his friend.

Just after I took this picture the little boy came and pushed Matt down. So then his mom came and pushed him down? I felt bad for the little boy.

Getting into more TROUBLE!!!

Not to happy about being in time out.

Wow what a day we had the other day. Matthew ended up in time out about 15 times in one day! First he got into the formula and dumped the whole container out onto the floor and was playing in it. It was brand new by the way, but I was able to save almost the whole can.

Then later when I was changing the baby Matt fallowed his dogs into the kitchen, I didn't think much of it he's always following them around. But then I noticed it was really quiet. So I went into the kitchen to see what trouble he was getting into and this is what I found...

He dumped the whole sugar container out on the floor and was playing in it.

Then because I took him away from his sugar pile he threw his binky at Peyton and hit her right in the eye.

And it just got worse as the day went on, mostly throwing things at his sister and hitting his dogs. BUT the next day was much better. We only had one time out for hitting the dog.
I'm thinking he needs a sandbox or sandtable for his birthday, maybe that will keep him out of the sugar and formula.

Trying to be like mom

I think he's watched me do this to many times. Now he's always trying to "help" me or he's trying to do it himself!

Time Out

Matt has been in time out a LOT lately. He started yesterday morning in time out! Not the best way to start the morning. I told him to go sit in his chair and he walke over knocked it over then layed in it! Later he was trying to sit in his chair and it fell over, so he layed there in it for a bit.
